Leeds indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs are famous for their exciting live shows, and next week they’re bringing the riot to Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena.

Last year was a particularly successful one for charismatic vocalist Ricky Wilson. Not only did he secure his slot as a coach on BBC talent show, The Voice, for another series but the band’s fifth album, Education, Education, Education & War, hit the top spot in the UK charts giving Kaiser Chiefs their second number one album.

The band played to thousands in 2014, with a summer packed full of festival appearances including huge sets at Glastonbury, T in the Park and V Festival.

The Metro Radio Arena has recently played host to music legends The Who and Queen and is sure to provide a fantastic venue for a night of noisy Kaiser chaos.

Kaiser Chiefs play Newcastle Metro Radio Arena on Thursday February 5. Doors 6.30. Tickets £27.50.
