X Factor success-story Olly Murs will be visiting the Metro Radio Arena on his 2015 Never Been Better Tour.

Olly, famed for his snake-hips and up beat performances, originally announced April 18 as his only date in the region.

However, due to the large demand for tickets a second date has been added for the following evening.

Olly will be joined by his live band, who helped to announce the tour through a video posted on Twitter.

Since coming runner up to  South Shields’ Joe McElderry in 2009, Olly has achieved three multi-platinum selling albums, in addition to four number one singles. His most recent album, which the tour was named after, topped the charts in November 2014.

Joining the Essex singer on his UK tour is special guest Ella Eyre, best known for her collaboration with Rudimental on the number one hit Waiting All Night.

Olly Murs will play the Metro Radio Arena on April 18 and 19. Tickets from £29.50. Doors 7.30pm#####
