It’s bad news for parents who have already exhausted their savings forking out for princess dresses and snowman toys, but great news for fans – young and old!

An add-on to Disney’s live-action remake or Cinderella, Frozen Fever is an eight-minute short that promises to bring new character obsessions and spontaneous sing-a-longs.

It’s Anna’s birthday, and Elsa and co. are desperate to make it a day to remember, but Elsa’s icy powers may cause more problems than a bit of a chill, as little snow-people spring to life and threaten to ruin everything.

Frozen Fever will feature all of the fan-favourites, including Olaf, Christoff and even bad-guy Hans.

And what is Frozen without a song that gets stuck in your head for days at a time? Latest hit Making Today A Perfect Day certainly captures the trademark charm.

For now, you can only catch Frozen Fever in screenings of Cinderella, which is out on March 27.
