Bipolar Sunshine will follow up the release of his newest single Daydreamer by playing Newcastle’s Think Tank tonight (March 31).

The Manchester born vocalist was previously part of the 6-piece group Kid British before going solo in 2013 and has already released 3 EPs, and appeared at both Lovebox Festival and SXSW in 2014.

Tipped as a Damon Albarn/Mike Skinner hybrid, the unique sound has earned him the chance to support acts such as Haim, Bastille and Rudimental.

Adio Marchant, a.k.a Bipolar Sunshine, is set to release his debut album later in 2015 and having already featured in Radio 1’s playlist with Where did the love go? the album should fare just as well.

The indie, gospel and rap tone provides a distinctive sound to his music that will appeal to a very wide audience.

Bipolar Sunshine plays Think Tank in Newcastle on Tuesday March 31. Tickets £11.
