Valentine’s Day can be a great day to give your male significant other a book to show how much you care. Northern Lights has compiled a list of top 5 books for him on Valentine’s Day.

1. Lean in 2015 by Joe Wicks.

It’s the book that’s been flying off the shelves since it’s release in time for the “new year, new you” phase that January brings. But still, it’s proving popular. If your man is a lover of good food and exercise, then this is the book for him!

2. The Ladybird Books (for grown-ups) by Jason Hazeley and Joel Morris. 

The book series is a satire on many of life’s roles and other conundrums. It provides a humorous look into the world of being a grown up. With titles from How It Works: The Husband to The Ladybird Book of Mindfulness. There’s something in there for the gardening lover to the peace seeker.

3. The Rose of Tibet by Lionel Davidson.

This one’s on the pre-order list! It most certainly is not for the faint hearted – with it’s trials and hopeful tribulations, it’s an interesting read. One for those that like to ponder and read something thought-provoking. It looks to be a great read!

4. The Stranger by Harlan Coben.

A thriller not to be missed. The title says it all really. If your man likes a gritty novel then this is the book for him!

5. Personal by Lee Child.

Lee Child is one of the most known authors within the literary world – especially for this thrilling and dramatic novels. The pace of this book and so many others by Child is electrifying! It’s a definite go-to if your man likes this author or likes hard-hitting books.
