Preview: Sonic Mania – A 2D Classic For The Modern Age
1st March 2017The Blue blur has had a string of mediocre recently what with Sonic Boom and all that but nonetheless his luck is about to change as this year marks the 25th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog and two new games.

Sonic Mania started out as fan game and is set to return the series to its classic 2d roots with an updated feel with its new faster gameplay and intricate level design that will certainly please the fans. And after what feels like an eternity we finally get play as Tails and Knuckles complete with their original move sets.
Level wise it will feature a number of classic levels from past games including the classic Green Hill Zone from Sonic 1 as well as new levels such as Studiopolis a classy movie set themed level.
So all you Sonic fans out there make sure you keep this nostalgia fuelled slice of heaven on your radar.
