EA SPORTS creators behind the worldwide popular football game FIFA 16 (which Johnson is part of), have announced that they have removed Johnson from the active rosters of Sunderland AFC and England National football teams.

However, Johnson can still be selected in parts of the game like career mode, which EA Sports have said they are in the process of removing him completely from the game.

Fans of FIFA 16 have been expressing via Twitter their feelings of the removal of the player in game and strongly agree with EA SPORTS for the go ahead to remove Adam Johnson completely from the game.
